Summer is here, and I'm excited to host my 2nd ever wine dinner on behalf of Wine's Link. The featuring wine will be Chateau Lascombes and Chevalier Lascombes. We're going to  

head back to the beloved Jockey Club in Happy Valley, this time at the Member Stand 1 with a much smaller scale. It's a beautiful menu intricately designed to match the wines. Food pairing to me is really an art form. It takes a fine chef who knows what is not only complementary, but how to raise the bar and enhance the experience with each wine.
